We have had a great time in the valley of the kings. It was very hot. Really hot. They were still digging for new grave sights while we were there. The temples are amazing as well. Just wish I could send pictures at this point. We will get everyone together soon after we arrive home to show pics. Love to all and God bless. We head back tonight to Cairo for the night. Flight at 11:30 pm. Going to be tired tomorrow!

Hi everyone,
We are having an amazing time!  The first day we visited the pyramids of Giza.  They are enormous!   We got to go inside the largest of the three and had a long upward climb to the upper chamber.  It was hot and hard to climb up.  The last few days we have been cruising the Nile River.  It has beautiful scenery along its banks.  We have visited several temples from ancient Egypt.  We saw the god Sobek that was the statue on Lost. We have shopped at a market and tried different foods including cow tongue.  Tomorrow we will be visiting the Valley of the Kings as we dock in Luxor tonight.  Sorry for no pictures yet as we have very slow to non existing internet service.  Will update with pics as we can.  Miss the states but having a great time.  Love to all.

We are finally ready for our pilgrimage to Israel and visit to Egypt.  What an incredible adventure.  I have been in prayer about God moving in our lives teaching us along the way.  We also are praying God takes care of the family while we are away.
